In 1995, the company revolutionized affordability in the market by reducing custom die-cut tooling costs from $12,000–$16,000 to just $980, making high-quality sample packaging accessible to emerging brands.

Another breakthrough came with the design and patenting of filling machines for a fiber lash-enhancing mascara product, fueling a multi-year market surge. More recently, Identipak demonstrated its agility during the COVID-19 shutdown, repurposing equipment within a week to produce PCR test tubes for FEMA.

From its early focus on sachets and affixing, Identipak has expanded its capabilities to include filled tubes, bottles, jars, vials, thermoformed blisters, stickpaks, assembly, and bulk production — continuously evolving to meet industry demands.
